The repairs accounted for about 65% of the total work.  John Bevan & David Spicer are hands-on builders. They are honest and hard working. They kept to their time scale and estimated cost. Costs of extra work were agreed before the work commenced. There were no major faults and minor errors were rectified immediately. They work well as a team.
